Pokemon XD runs like total garbage on my media PC unless i max out absolutely every eye candy setting possible in dolphin (I am talking AA and AF) if i run it out of the box on open GL (since DX9 stopped working in full screen mode since the GLSL merge for me on XD) I find open GL runs best for me any ways. If i run dolphin out of the box settings with open GL (dual core disabled because it does not run long with it enabled) i get about 17 FPS on average which causes some serious audio issues as well as makes the game less pleasurable to play. Once i crank everything the game works perfectly at 100% no audio issues it runs like a dream. From what i can tell with my monitoring software, the more i load the GFx card up the harder it works.

With Quad core and turbo boost so My computer thinks I've got 8 CPUs, they're core i7s at 2 ghz each, Intel HD Family Graphics card 8gb of RAM and dolphin 7607. Also xd is recognised as a US edition.

Had no issues with your other ups files before like the randomizers. The only thing i can think of is that upgrading to windows 10 from 7 caused some compatibility issues which wouldn't be surprising at all knowing win 10 (i'm hoping that's not the case). Pokemon that can confuse you are Spinda, Cacturne, Grumpig, and Smeargle, and Slowking can put you to sleep. Also, these Pokemon know moves that will cause damage and inflict a status condition, for ex.

I decided to increase their catch rates just a little because it would be a shame to finally find one and then run out of pokeballs. However I made them eat pokesnacks quite quickly (pokesnacks are also a lot more expensive now) and as I mentioned they only have a 10% chance of being encountered.
